Do Something Different in Cape Town
No experience neccesary Paddle the warm waters of False Bay with us and we'll show you some amazing things. We offer trips from the sedate to the adventurous but our most popular trip is to visit the penguins at Boulders Beach.

We paddle every day of the year, weather permitting - not just the summer. The winter months are also wonderful for paddling because winter has more calm windless days than summer and on those days it is absolutely beautiful. Plus there is always a chance of seeing whales.
Penguin Sea Kayak Trip
Our most popular trip - it's pretty easy so almost anyone can do it.
penguin Trips One of the most unique places in the world - a penguin colony in suburban Cape Town! And the best way to see it is from the water. The trip leaves from Simon's Town Waterfront and we paddle past the Naval Harbour and out to Boulder's Beach to see the penguins. If the time and tide is right we may stop on a beach for a swimming break and will generally be able to get a close up look at penguins on the rocks nearby.

The daily scheduled trip leaves at 8.30am summer season (9.00am winter season). Peak summer season generally also has an 11am trip. The weather and penguin viewing is usually better for the early trip however with less chance of cancellation.

When booking online you may see a later trip already scheduled for the day so if you absolutely cannot do 8.30 then book onto the later trip. If you don't see one then call or email.

Groups of 2 or more can book an afternoon trip if it is more convenient.

Book online for the morning trip or email a request for a later trip.    Watch the 60 second trip video.

We also sell trip vouchers for gifts, please email for details.
